2) Present Application seeking transfer of the proceedings bearing PWDVA Application No.3/2024 presently pending on the file of the Court of learned Civil Judge Junior Division and J.M.F.C., Lakhandur, District-Bhandara, to the Court of learned Civil Judge Junior Division and J.M.F.C. Chiplun, District-Ratnagiri.

3) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the transfer is requested on medical grounds of the Applicant, who is Respondent No.1 in the said case.

4) The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that if the Applicant appears in the said proceedings through V.C., then it will address his problem. The learned Counsel for the Applicant is agreeable to this suggestion and therefore, at present, he is not pressing the said prayer. 1/2
