Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for transfer of a proceeding bearing Application No.PWDVA/321/2021 under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur to the Family Court at Solapur. 3.
The applicant had initially instituted a petition for declaration of nullity of the marriage before the Family Court at Thane pursuant to an
order passed by this Court. The said marriage petition came to be transferred to the Family Court at Solapur.

The respondent-wife has filed the proceeding for reliefs under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 5.
Having regard to the fact that both the Courts are situated in the vicinity and the trial of both the cases by the Family Court would advance the cause of expeditious and orderly disposal of both the proceedings, the application deserves to be allowed. 6.
Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
i) The application stands allowed.
ii) The proceeding in Application No.
PWDVA/321/2021 stands transferred from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur to the Family Court at Solapur, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
iii) The learned Magistrate, Solapur shall transfer the record and proceedings in Application No. PWDVA/321/2021 with such dispatch that it reaches to the Family Court at Solapur, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
iv) The parties shall appear before the Family Court at Solapur on 3rd September 2025.
v) Application stands disposed.
No costs.
