The application is essentially seeking an extension of time to travel back to India from Australia, after the Applicant had been permitted to leave India to pursue studies in Australia by an Order dated October 10, 2023 passed by the Learned Single Judge of this Court. In these circumstances, the Applicant seeks an urgent intervention by the Vacation Bench to extend the time. Having considered the facts of the case, it would be appropriate for the Regular Bench to expeditiously consider the Application and inappropriate for the Vacation Bench to finally dispose of the Application, although it has been pending for a few months.

Consequently, stand over to January 7, 2025 for consideration by the Regular Bench.
