The Applicant undertakes to attend before the Investigating Officer on alternate days from 9th to 18th November 2024, between 12.00 noon to 4.00p.m. Investigating Officer through learned APP, concedes for the same and made a statement that he will not take coercive steps against the Applicant, till 21st November 2024.

2) Hence, the Applicant shall attend before Investigating Officer API Torgal, on 9th, 13th, 15th and 18th November 2024 in between 12.00 noon to 4.00p.m. in MHB Colony Police Station.

3) Stand over to 21st November 2024.
