When the matter was called out today, Mr. Vinod Chate, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent sought a pass over for seeking instructions from the Investigating Officer, PimpriChinchwad, EOW Unit to ascertain whether an Application seeking cancellation of bail granted to Respondent No. 1, is filed by the State.

Mr. Vinod Chate, learned A.P.P. states that the Investigating Officer has informed him that such Application though was filed Gitalaxmi

He submits that the State does not intent to file an independent Application before this Court, as the Applicant/Complainant has filed the present Application and the State is whole-heartedly supporting the same. He states that he requires time to prepare in the matter and therefore, prays for a short accommodation.
