CORAM
: RAJESH S. PATIL, J.
DATED : APRIL 21, 2025 P.C.:
1.
Mr. Walanju learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the present criminal application for cancellation of anticipatory bail was filed by the earlier advocate appearing for the applicant-victim. There are certain things which have been missed out to be added in the criminal application. Therefore, it would be necessary to file a fresh criminal application for cancellation of anticipatory bail, instead of amending the present criminal application. He needs to add the complaints filed by the applicant post filing of the present criminal application. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present criminal application and file a fresh criminal application for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
2.
Criminal application is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
