Criminal Revision Application No.318 of 2024 challenges rejection of discharge Application of the Revision Applicant whereas Criminal Application No.465 of 2024 pertains to transfer of
8.REVN.318.2024_9.APPLN.465.2024.doc proceedings. There are private Respondents apart from State of Maharashtra (prosecution) who are arrayed as parties. 3.
Applicant is directed to serve copy of the Revision Application and Criminal Application on Respondents by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate Affidavit of Service to that effect on the next adjourned date alongwith sufficient proof of having effected service on the Respondents.

If the Respondents are served, they are directed to remain present, either through themselves or through Advocates on the next adjourned date. If Respondents remain absent despite being served, this Court shall hear Revision Applicant and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law.
