By an order dated 13/1/2025, this Court in paragraph 9, condition no.6, had directed the applicants that they shall not leave India or travel abroad without leave and prior permission of the learned Trial Court and they shall file appropriate affidavit and undertaking with respect to the same through their Advocate before the learned Sessions Court within two weeks. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertently the said affidavit could not be filed. He is seeking a week's time to file such affidavit and undertaking.

Time of two weeks is granted to the applicants to comply with the condition no.6 as mentioned in paragraph 9 in the order dated 13/1/2025.
