At the outset, Mr. Takalkar, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend to change the name of the Respondent No.1. He states that inadvertently the said name is incorrectly mentioned. 3.
Leave as sought is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18th June 2025. 5.
Mr. A. D. Kamkhedkar, APP waives service on behalf of the Respondent No.2.
