By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking cancellation of the Order dated 26.11.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Court, Raigad-Alibaug in Criminal Bail Application No. 194 of 2024 granting bail to Respondent No. 2. Said Bail Application was filed by the Respondent No. 2 in Crime No. 146 of 2024 with Vadkhal Police Station, Dist. Raigad for offence punishable under section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS") 2.
