Heard Mr. Kapadia, learned Advocate for the Applicant. Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the connected/related issue in other bail applications are scheduled on 30.06.2025. He requests that this matter be taken up along with the said matter, in view of the commonality.

At the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, list the matter along with Criminal Application No.682 of 2024 (Sr. No.5 at today's cause list).

Mr. Kapadia, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that though appearance was put by the Respondent No.2 in the present

He, therefore, seeks liberty to serve a private notice on the Advocate for Respondent No.2, notifying him of the date fixed in the matter. Mr. Kapadia, learned Advocate for the Applicant is permitted to issue a private notice to the Advocate for the Respondent No.2.
