Mr. Birajdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mrs. Shinde, learned APP for State points out that the order dated 23rd June, 2025, is an order which was passed in connected matter. They submit that this matter was not heard on 23rd June, 2025 as there was no representative on behalf of Respondent No. 2. 2.

Today when the matter was called out, none appears on behalf of Respondent No. 2. Mr. Birajdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that Respondent No. 2 was represented before this Court by Advocate Mr. Vinayak Garje. He submits that he would issue private notice to Mr. Vinayak Garje, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 notifying the next date in the present matter. Talwalkar

It is clarified that the matter is not being heard in view of the absence of Respondent No. 2/Advocate for Respondent No. 2 as liberty is being given to the Respondent No. 2 to appear before this Court. Mr. Birajdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant to serve private notice on the Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 and also the Respondent No. 2 informing him of the next date in the matter.
