Re-issue notice to respondent No.2. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamner is directed to make the police aware about the procedure that is contemplated for a proper service. Here the notice issued to respondent No.2 has been returned as served but it appears that at the time of actual service, she was not present and it is served on her brother but there is no statement that they are residing together.
