In view of the order dated 29.07.2025, the applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. It was further ordered that failing which, this application shall stand dismissed for lack of bonafide.

Today, the learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that after the aforesaid order was passed, the petitioner could deposit only Rs.20,000/- and also disclosed his efforts as to why he could not deposit the remaining amount. According to him, in view of the floods khs/Oct.2025/1542

- 2 - took place in his area, the standing crop in his agricultural field got destroyed. As such, he suffered loss. He assured this Court to deposit the remaining amount within a period of 6 months. Receipt of deposit of Rs.20,000/- and the letter wrote to his learned Advocate, are taken on record and collectively marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Accordingly 6 months time is granted to deposit the remaining amount. It is made clear that no further time shall be granted to the applicant.
