It appears that the notice to respondent No.2 has been served on 16.08.2024. When the matter was not board on 06.09.2024, it was taken on board on the request of learned Advocate for applicants and then he was permitted to carry out the amendment in view of order dated 23.08.2024. On 23.08.2024 the notice to respondent No.2 was awaited. Therefore, after the amendment has been carried out respondent No.2 has not been served. Therefore, issue notice to respondent No.2, to be made returnable on 18.02.2025.
