This is an application for recalling the order dated 30th April, 2024 and restoration of Bail Application No.677 of 2024. The learned counsel for applicant pointed out that by order dated 30th April, 2024, this Court on the submission of the learned counsel for applicant that charge-sheet is filed, disposed of the application. However, the learned counsel for applicant pointed out that it was mistakenly submitted that the charge-sheet was filed. However, the charge-sheet is not yet filed in this case, but the charge-sheet is filed in another case.

In view of the above, the order dated 30th April, 2024 passed in Bail Application No.677 of 2024 is recalled and the said bail application is restored.
