The Applicant has moved this Application to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Revision Application. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has given no objection to condoning the delay, subject to costs of 5,000/- and that the ₹ Applicant be directed to deposit the arrears in the Court. 3.
In view of the above submissions and considering the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the application, the Application is allowed. The delay of 32 days caused in filing the Revision Application is condoned, subject to costs of 2,000 ₹ /- payable to the Respondents on or before 27th April 2026, failing which, the Revision Application shall stand Shrikant Malani

Upon deposit of the costs, the Revision Application will be registered in accordance with the law.

Needless to clarify that the Applicant is directed to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance in this Court on or before 30th April 2026. 6.
Upon registration of the Revision Application, list the same on 04th May 2026, for hearing.
