Present application has been filed for recalling order dated 03.04.2024 whereby Criminal Application no.590/2024 came to be dismissed for non-compliance of the earlier order and for restoring Criminal Application No.590/2024.

The applicant had filed Criminal Application No.590/2024 for quashing FIR vide C.R. No.491/2023 registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Beed against him for the offence punishable under sections 384, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that leave was granted to amend the application and annex the copy of the charge-sheet vide order dated 06.03.2024, which was then extended on 03.04.2024 by an conditional order. In fact sufficient time was granted to amend the application and placing the copy of charge-sheet on record, but it has not been complied with.

Learned advocate for the applicant undertakes to carry out the amendment and place the copy of charge-sheet on record within the period of two weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, the application stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause "B".
