"During the telephonic conversation with the jail authority regarding produce the Appellant through video conference, it was informed that the appellant has already been released. Therefore office is unable to give letter to the jail authority."

2. The learned Advocate Mr. Parikshit P. Dawalkar representing the Applicant - Appellant submits that, now has has become the Assistant Government Pleader and within a week's time, the Applicant - Appellant would make the arrangements for another Advocate to represent him.
