These are the second successive bail applications. The bail has been claimed mainly on the observations of the Honourable Supreme Court in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl) No(s).3037/2024 dated 09.05.2024 (Vinod vs. The State of Maharashtra). By the said order, the co-accused have been granted bail. These bail applications are based upon those findings. However, the learned counsel for the victim states that he has already moved petition for reviewing the findings which were on the facts. If such petition is filed, there may be
