It is submitted by learned Advocate for the applicants that, the F.I.R. has been registered against the applicants for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code by father-in-law as the applicant's husband has committed suicide. She submits that, there is possibility of settlement since the informant is ready to withdraw the complaint. He submits that, there is no suicide note.

In view of the above submissions, issue notice to the respondents for final disposal returnable on 10th July 2024. Learned A.P.P. waives service for respondent No.1 - State. In addition to Court notice, the applicants are permitted to serve the respondent No.2 by private notice.
