Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as alongwith the charge-sheet, copy of suicide note is not supplied, appropriate directions be issued to the Investigating Officer for the same. 2.

In that view of the matter, the Investigating Officer is directed to produce suicide note and call details for perusal of this Court before the next date.
