The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has given no objection certificate to the applicant. He prays for discharge. It appears that the learned counsel for the applicant had sent letter dated 20th January, 2025 to the applicant through R.P.A.D. and he places it on record to show that he had given instructions also to the applicant that he would be getting discharged himself from the matter. The said letter dated 20th January, 2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

We presume that the said letter would have been received by the applicant within a reasonable period. We discharge the appearance of the Advocate for the applicant. Further, when the said
