It appears that on conviction, the learned Special Judge has suspended the sentence subject to condition of deposit of fine. Mr. Kazi, learned Advocate informs that fine amount is already deposited.

Considering the submissions advanced, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.08.2024. The learned APP waives notice for respondent-State. Mr. Mote, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent no.2.

Till returnable date, substantive sentence shall remain suspended subject to furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand only).
