It is brought to our notice that the applicant's conviction is in Sessions Case No.272/2010. It is submitted that, since then the applicant is behind the bars. It is for more than 14 years. By order dated 18/7/2024, we have admitted the appeal and called for the record and proceedings. The same are not yet received. The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall ensure that the record and proceedings with Paper Book are immediately made available within a period of two weeks. List the application along with appeal on 26th August 2024.
