It is the case of the Applicant that, in F.I.R. No.98/2022, registered on 13.05.2022, with the Hasanabad Police Station, Taluka Bhokardan, District Jalna, Accused No. 22 was recorded as Ramdas Vithoba Talekar. However, subsequently, the said name was changed, and the name of the Applicant as 'Ramdas Dnyandev Talekar', has been inserted as Accused No. 22. Anticipatory Bail has been granted, and the charge-sheet has been filed.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 22nd April, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent No. 1. 3.

Spare copy of the Application paperbook shall be supplied on or before 1st April, 2025 for effecting service upon Respondent No. 2,

The office objections to be removed on or before 03rd April, 2025, failing which, this Application would be dismissed without reference to the Court, on 04th April, 2025.

Until the returnable date, we direct the learned Trial Court dealing with R.C.C. No. 26/2024, not to frame the Charge against the Applicant - Ramdas Dnyandev Talekar.
