Perusal of the record shows that the service of notice is still not effected. In that view of the matter, list the matter on 22nd January, 2026. If by that time appropriate steps are not taken to serve the victim, the concerned Superintendent of Police shall file the affidavit explaining the steps taken to serve the notice.
