Learned counsel for applicant/appellant Mr. Waramaa submitted that, victim has delivered a child and she has no one to take care of and there is elder members to take care of her.

Learned counsel for victim also comes with similar case and he supports the prayers raised by appellant for suspension of sentence. 4.
