Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code by Judgment and order dated 08.01.2026 passed in Regular Criminal Case No.205/2024, arising out of Crime No.0446/2024 registered with Pimpaldari Police Station, Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani. He submits that, the Application be disposed of as become infractuous.
