This is an application for early hearing of Criminal Appeal No.330 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the present appeal has been preferred on account of conviction in Sessions Case No.182 of 2021, dated 04.03.2024. That, the applicant is selected as Track Maintainer GR. IV in Engineering Department in Central Railway, Bhusawal Division. That, due to pendency of appeal, the applicant could not get appointment order. Hence, application for early hearing and fixing the matter.

Considering the above submissions and reasons mentioned in the application, a special case has been made out for out of turn hearing.
