This application is for suspension of substantive sentence. Maximum sentence is of one year for the offenses punishable under sections 341, 354 and 354-D and to pay fine of Rs.7000/- each, in default, to undergo further simple imprisonment for two months each.

Considering that substantive sentence is short sentence, fine amount is already paid and sentence is already suspended by learned trial court by order dated 12-07-2024, sentence awarded in special case No.137 of 2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Newasa by order dated 12-07-2024 is thus suspended pending the appeal. The applicant to furnishing PB and SB in the sum of Rs.15,000/-[Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only] before the trial court with one solvent surety in the like amount.
