As per the order dated 27.06.2024, this Court granted conditional stay on depositing of amount as directed by the learned Magistrate, within a period of 40 days therefrom. However, the learned Advocate for the Respondent states that the Petitioner / accused has not deposited the said amount. Therefore, the order dated 27.06.2024 to the extent of stay would not operate.
