This is an application for quashing of F.I.R. and consequential charge-sheet, for offences punishable under Section 498-A and related offences of Indian Penal Code (I.P.C.).

The learned counsel for the Applicants informs that the matter has been settled but, the terms thereof are to be finalized and placed before the Court. It is informed that non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant-husband and in laws of the respondentwife. 3.

In the aforesaid peculiar facts and circumstances of the case i.e when the matter has already been settled, on oral request of learned Advocate for the applicants, execution of the warrant issued by the trial court is suspended till further order. Needless to mention, the trial
