Learned counsel for applicant places on record copies of receipts of deposit of amount in the Family Court. The same are taken on record. In view of the same, compliance is done. Criminal Application No.3749 of 2024 is filed for condonation of delay of 260 days caused in filing criminal revision application. 2.

Mr.J.B.Paikrao, learned counsel holding for Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, submits that he has no objection for condonation of delay.

Taking the contents of the application and no objection of learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 into consideration, application is allowed. Delay of 260 days caused for filing revision application is condoned. 4.

Registry to verify and register criminal revision application. 5.

In Criminal Revision Application, issue notice to the respondents. Mr.J.B.Paikrao, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. 6.
