Heard the learned Counsel Mr. Gastgar for sometime. 2.
After taking into consideration the order passed by the learned Sessions Court granting bail to Respondent Nos. 2 to 6, as well as the order rejecting the applications for cancellation of bail, and as this Court was not inclined to entertain the present application on merits and on violation of conditions, particularly in view of the submission made by the learned APP that two applications had already been moved by the
2 935.ACB-120 & 118-2024.doc State for cancellation of bail of accused Rajesh in both crimes, the learned Counsel for the Applicant Mr. Gastgar, seeks permission to withdraw the applications with a prayer to direct expeditious disposal of Cancellation of Bail Nos.120/2024 and 118/2024, and also for expeditious conduct of the trial against the accused persons. 3.
Permission is granted.

The applications for cancellation of bail of all the accused persons are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Applicants to challenge the order that may be passed in the applications filed by the State Government for cancellation of bail of accused Rajesh in both the crimes.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nilanga, Dist. Latur is directed to dispose of the applications for cancellation of bail of accused Rajesh, filed by the State in both crimes, being Criminal Application No.13/2024 in Crime No.278/2023 and Criminal Application No.14/2024 in Crime No.297/2025, pending before it, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
With these observations, the applications for cancellation of bail are disposed of as withdrawn against all other accused persons. 7.
The learned trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to complete the trial of RCC No. 649/2024 expeditiously.
