He may file the Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks. He as well as the learned advocate for the applicants submit that the parties have arrived at compromise and they want to place it on record.

Perusal of the FIR would show that one more person has received injuries. However, when he can be said to be the

*2* 1appln3792o24 victim under Section 2(wa) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he has not been added as the respondent and, therefore, at this stage, we direct that the said injured person be made as respondent No.3. Amendment to be carried out immediately. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned APP waives notice for respondent No.1. The learned advocate Shri Pathade waives notice for respondent No.2. Notice of respondent No.3 is made returnable on 22.09.2025.
