Learned Advocates for the applicant and respondent No.2 submit that applicant No.1 and respondent No.2 have started residing together. It was then specifically asked since when they are residing together. It is told that they are residing since 15.03.2025. It would be then too premature to quash the proceedings with this short period of cohabitation and, therefore, we adjourn the matter till 18.06.2024 and we will consider the matter for quashment on the basis of compromise, if the respondent No.2 is properly treated.
