The learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondents No. 3 and 7 have been erroneously mentioned as deceased in the application, whereas they are alive. He seeks liberty to correct the application. 2.

Liberty is granted to correct the application. The amendment shall be carried out within a week.

As regards respondent No. 4, three weeks' time is granted to place on record the death certificate of respondent No. 4. 4.
