Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for the victim. 2.
The applicants seek bail in Crime No.345 of 2023 registered with Police Station Itwara, Dist. Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 302, 307, 384, 386, 294, 143, 146, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, section 4/25 of the Arms Act and section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The learned counsel for the applicants submit that the coaccused have been released on bail. Hence, the applicants deserve parity.

The learned APP would submit that the applicants' role is identical to the role played by the other co-accused, who have been granted bail.

Considering the identical allegations levelled against the applicants and granting bail to co-accused are same allegations, the applicants deserve parity. Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(i) Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) Applicant - Rohit Balaji Batawale in Bail Application No.1581 of 2024, applicant - Gopal Narsingh Korke in Bail Application No.1413 of 2024, applicant - Ankit Raju Kuril in Bail
Application No.1414 of 2024 and applicant - Pravin Ganesh Pawar in Bail Application No.1588 of 2024 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount by each of them, in the above crime, for the aforesaid offences, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicants should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They should attend the trial on each and every date and co-operate with the Trial Court to conclude the trial. (iii) Criminal Application nos.3668 of 2024, 3669 of 2024, 3924 of 2024 and 3925 of 2024 stand disposed of.
