We have perused the F.I.R No.0195 registered on 10.05.2024 with the Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Latur. The Complainant is a 33 years aged lady who has stated in the F.I.R that she was married, had a child and later was rendered a widow. She got acquainted with the Accused and she entered into a physical relationship since he had assured her that he would marry her. Subsequently, he surreptitiously got married to another lady.
