Learned advocate Ms. Pooja Patil h/f Mr. Rahil Kazi, submits that Mr. Kazi has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.2. He may file Vakalatnama within a period of one week from today.

Learned advocate for the applicants and learned advocate for respondent No.2 both submit that the matter can be referred to mediation, as both the parties agree for exploring the possibility of settlement through mediation.

In view of above, advocate Mr. S.R. Andhale, who is a trained mediator, is appointed to explore the possibility of settlement

cran4000.24 -2through mediation. He should adopt mediation techniques as per the Law. The parties to appear before the mediator on 07.03.2025 at about 02.00 p.m.. Thereafter, the learned Mediator may fix as many sittings as are desirable for exploring the possibility of settlement through mediation. If the settlement is arrived at, then he may help the parties in settling the terms. In any case, he should submit his report to this court on or before 17.04.2025. 4.
