The offences under which the First Information Report has been lodged are Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w) (ii), 3(2), 3(v) of The Scheduled Castes and The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and therefore, we appoint Advocate Mr. Mohit Deshmukh to appear for the cause of respondent No.2. 2.

We direct the learned Advocate for the applicant who is absent today, but to supply the copy of the application along with annexures thereto to Advocate appointed for respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks.
