Perused the report. When the serving officer had gone to serve the notice to respondent No.2, who had filed FIR for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the IPC and had stated that she resides with the father; the father told the serving officer that the informant is not residing with him, but now shifted to Aurangabad and refused to give her address and mobile number. He also refused to accept the notice. As per the FIR, respondent No.2 resides with the father i.e. family member and when her father has refused, it is a good service.
