This application is for condonation of delay in filing Appeal against order of rejection of anticipatory bail passed by the Special Court in connection with Crime No. 567/2024 registered with Ghargaon Police Station, Tq. Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar.

Learned appointed Counsel for the Informant vehemently opposed the Application on the ground of no justifiable reason has been given therefor.

Perusal of the application does not show deliberate or inordinate delay. Since the issue of liberty of the Appellant is involved in this Appeal, Application is allowed. Appeal be registered. 6.
