This is the Application for condonation of 12 days delay in preferring the Application for Leave to Appeal (ALP) by the Original Complainant.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that the Applicant, who is Octogenarian and suffering from the old age diseases, could not prefer the Application within the stipulated time and therefore, delay of 12 days is caused. He submits that, the Application be allowed.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the sole Respondent. He submits that delay is not properly explained and no certificate of doctor has been filed and only the medical bills are placed on record. He submits that the Application be rejected.

On hearing both the sides and considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, supported by medical bills, the Application for condonation of delay is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
