This is an application for condonation of delay of 198 days caused in filing the criminal revision application against the order below Exh.57 dated 22.12.2023 passed by learned Family Court, Latur in Petition No. ER-34/2021.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that, after receipt of copy of impugned order, steps are taken. That, there is delay of 198 days, which is not intentional. Therefore, in the interest of justice, he urges to allow the application for condonation of delay. 3.

In spite of several opportunities, learned counsel for respondent failed to appear on last two occasions. In view of the order

-2- 916-APPLN-4418-2024 dated 21.01.2026 passed by this court, the matter is listed today for further orders. Today also, when the matter was called out twice, none appeared for respondent.

Therefore, taking into account the contentions raised in Criminal Application, the delay stands condoned. Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
