1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondents-State.
2] The applicants have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.884 of 2023 dated 11.11.2023, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.
3] The learned counsel for the applicants and the
1605.2024 ABA counsel for the informant submits that parties can be referred to mediation. The applicant has also tendered an affidavit wherein he had stated that he would cancel the relinquishment deed and considering this the parties are referred to mediation.
4] Considering that the parties are related and family members. The parties are referred to Aurangabad High Court Mediation Centre. Parties to appear before mediator on 8.1.2025. Mediation Centre to appoint mediator. Mediator report be submitted within one week. 5] In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :- A] Till the next date, in the event, the applicants are arrested in connection with Crime No.884 of 2023 dated 11.11.2023, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
7] List this matter on 17th January 2025. Interim protection only till the next date.
