Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

By an order dated 25 April 2025, the Applicant has been directed to pay 25% of the outstanding amount before the next date. The Applicant has also been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.4000/- per month on a month-to-month basis. According to the Respondent (Wife) an amount of Rs.44,500/- has been paid. As far as the monthly maintenance is concerned, learned Advocate for the Respondent (Wife) would submit that the Applicant is an arrears for the maintenance of two months amounting to Rs.8,000/-. This is disputed by the learned Advocate for the Applicant. It is made clear that the order dated 25 April 2025 of this Court has to be complied in letter and spirit. However, considering such disputed position, list the proceedings on 23 46.ca4687.24.odt

June 2025 where both the parties would clarify this position and inform the Court accordingly.
