By the present application the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 86 days caused in fling the appeal against the order dated 30.05.2024 passed below Exh.388 in Special Case No.25/2020, arising out of Crime No.228/2019 registered on 13.12.2019 with Basamba Police Station, Tq. Hingoli for the offences punishable under Section 302, 364, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.

Issue notice to the Non-Applicant made returnable on 20.01.2025.
