Heard Ld. Counsel for the parties.

Ld. Counsel for the applicant would draw attention of the Court to the order dated 14 October 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1738 of 2024 and order dated 13 December 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2067 of 2024. By the said orders, ad-interim protection has been extended in favour of applicants which continues as on date. Ld. APP and Ld. Advocate, assisting to APP for the informant would not controvert such position. 3.

Ld. Advocate for the informant would request for filing of Affidavit to place some documents on record. Such permission is granted. He shall serve such Affidavit in advance on or before the adjourned date of hearing.

Ld. APP shall also take necessary instructions from Investing Officer after receipt of Affidavit.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant has also filed Affidavit to place on record certain documents which he submits that it is served upon the parties. However, he is not averse to serving it again on the respondents at their request and would ensure that it is placed on Court's record. 6.

Ld. APP would take appropriate instructions in this regard. 7.

Ad-interim protection to continue till the adjourned date of

hearing.

List the application for further consideration/hearing on 09 July 2025.
